How to Save on Groceries
You can save what you would normally spend on groceries for an entire week, just by changing the day you would normally go shopping!
Here's how to save on groceries:
Say your grocery budget is $100 a week. Start by shopping on Monday for 8 days worth of groceries. Next week, shop on Tuesday for 8 days worth of groceries, the next week on Wednesday, then Thursday, and so on.
As you can see from the following calendar, after 7 weeks you have a whole week of no shopping, so you have your $100 that you would normally spend on groceries to spend on something else!
If you follow this method for an entire year, you would save $600!
This is a very effective way to "find" extra money without cutting anything out of your budget!
